CoherenIQ online.

CoherenIQ is looking for a creative, organized, digitally-savvy Social Media Manager to build brand awareness, engage our community, promote our SaaS — Applications product line, and attract clients and talent. You'll get a weekly content calendar and daily tasks, and execute them independently. This role is especially well-suited for women looking for a flexible, creative, work-from-home opportunity.

What You'll Do

Four things,
done consistently.

Content Creation & Scheduling

Create, design, and schedule daily/weekly posts across all platforms
Design graphics and carousels using Canva or similar tools
Write captions aligned with CoherenIQ's brand voice
Plan and execute a monthly content calendar

Community Management

Respond to comments, DMs and mentions within 24 hours
Engage with relevant posts, hashtags and industry conversations
Grow followers organically through consistent engagement

Marketing & Promotion

Promote CoherenIQ's SaaS product through educational and promotional content
Run awareness campaigns for internship/job openings
Support basic boosted posts on Facebook/Instagram when directed

Analytics & Reporting

Track reach, engagement rate, follower growth and link clicks weekly
Submit a simple weekly report with top-performing posts
Suggest content improvements based on what the data shows

Requirements

What you'll
need.

Must Have

Laptop (Windows or Mac) and stable internet — mandatory
Active personal presence on at least 3 of the 5 platforms
Strong written English (Tamil or Hindi posts as needed)
Canva proficiency for post design
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have

Prior experience managing a brand or creator account
Familiarity with Buffer, Hootsuite, or Zoho Social
Basic video editing for Reels/Shorts (CapCut, InShot)
Understanding of B2B SaaS or tech brands

Compensation

Base stipend,
plus real bonuses.

₹6,000 – ₹8,000

per month base, based on experience and portfolio

Milestone	Bonus
LinkedIn page hits 500 followers	₹500 one-time
Instagram hits 300 followers	₹500 one-time
Any post reaches 5,000+ organic impressions	₹300 per post
A lead directly attributed to social (demo booked via DM/link)	₹500 per lead
Monthly engagement rate above 5% across platforms	₹1,000 / month

Working Model & Access

How access
is handled.

All platforms managed via Buffer or Hootsuite (team member access — not direct login credentials)
All posts require founder approval before publishing for the first 30 days
After 30 days of demonstrated reliability, scheduling access is granted independently
Candidate must sign a Social Media Access & Confidentiality Agreement before onboarding
2-factor authentication remains on the founder's device at all times
