What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to SMEs — manufacturing, retail, clinics, garment factories — needing HR & payroll software
  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, local business networks and referrals
  • Schedule and run product demo calls with owners and HR managers
  • Guide interested companies through onboarding onto the CoherenIQ platform
  • Maintain a lead tracker and share weekly progress updates
  • Build long-term relationships and act as the client's primary point of contact
  • Collect client feedback and relay it to the product team

Ideal Candidate

  • Final-year or recently graduated MBA / BBA / B.Com
  • Prior field sales, insurance or client-facing experience is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable with a commission-first compensation model
  • Has (or is willing to build) a local business network

How Compensation Works

15% of every client,
every month, indefinitely.

This is a performance-based, commission-first role — there's no fixed salary ceiling and no upper limit on what you can earn.

Example uses a ₹50,000/month plan — your actual earning scales with whatever each client pays. Earnings are passive: you get paid every month even if you don't do anything new that month, as long as your clients stay active.

Optional equity track — instead of taking the full 15% in cash, split it: 10% paid as monthly cash, 5% converted into CoherenIQ company shares. The equity portion is fully customisable — choose the split that works for you (e.g. 12% cash + 3% equity, or 15% full cash).
