Affiliate Programme Policy

Please read this document in full. You must accept it before your affiliate account can be created. It is written to be plain and direct.

In one paragraph: you promote CoherenIQ products because you want to, on your own terms. You are not our employee, this is not a job, and nobody pays you a salary. You are paid a commission — a percentage of the money your referred customers actually pay — into a wallet that never expires. You are fully responsible for how you market, and for your own taxes.

1. Independent, voluntary, commission-only

  1. You are joining the programme of your own wish and free will.
  2. You are not an employee of CoherenIQ, directly or indirectly. Nothing in this programme creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture or principal–servant relationship.
  3. This is not a part-time job. You set your own time, method and effort. CoherenIQ does not direct or supervise your work.
  4. You are not entitled to any salary, stipend, retainer, allowance, bonus or fixed payout. Your only income from the programme is commission under clause 3.

2. Products, codes and links

  1. After approval you receive a personal affiliate ID. Each CoherenIQ product has a code (for example P1, P2, P3); your referral code for a product is your affiliate ID plus that product's code, such as CIQ7K2MX-P1.
  2. A customer is credited to you when they sign up using your code or share link for that product, as recorded by that product.
  3. Codes are personal. Do not share your account credentials, and do not create accounts to refer yourself or people you control.

3. Commission

  1. Commission is a percentage of the revenue generated by your own referred customers, calculated on invoices they actually pay.
  2. The percentage is set by the product's administrator for each product, may differ between products, and is shown on your dashboard. Changes apply to invoices paid after the change.
  3. Commission is credited when the invoice is paid. If the invoice is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the related commission is reversed and shown as a reversal in your history.
  4. Commission is not payable on invoices that are unpaid, fraudulent, self-referred, or generated through prohibited methods.

4. Wallet and withdrawals

  1. Your commissions are collected in a soft wallet inside your CoherenIQ account. The wallet balance does not expire.
  2. You can see your balance and full history at any time by signing in.
  3. Withdrawals are enabled only while your wallet holds ₹100 (INR) or more. You may then withdraw any amount up to your balance, at any time, to the bank account verified at KYC.
  4. A withdrawal request is deducted from your wallet immediately and paid by our team to your bank account; the bank reference is emailed to you. If a request cannot be processed, the amount is returned to your wallet.
  5. Payments are made only to a bank account in your own name. Correct bank details are your responsibility.

5. KYC and approval

  1. An administrator verifies your identity, details and bank account before enabling your account. Approval follows a careful KYC process and may be refused or withdrawn.
  2. You must provide accurate information: full name, address, mobile number, age (18 or over), PAN, bank details, and a copy of your PAN (tax) card. GSTIN is required if you are GST-registered.
  3. Until approval, you can sign in and see your status, but codes do not earn commission and withdrawals are disabled.

6. Tax

  1. Commission is your income. You are solely responsible for income tax, GST and any other tax that applies to it, including registration and filing.
  2. CoherenIQ collects your PAN so earnings can be reported as the law requires, and may deduct tax at source or withhold payment where the law requires it.
  3. If you are required to charge GST on your commission, you must be GST-registered and provide your GSTIN and invoices as requested.

7. Your marketing is your responsibility

  1. Whatever you do to promote a product — words, videos, blogs, social posts, messages, advertisements or any other written or visual representation — is done by you and is solely your responsibility.
  2. CoherenIQ, its associates, directors and employees are not responsible or liable for any act, statement or content of yours, or for any claim, complaint, loss or consequence that arises from your marketing strategy.
  3. You will not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims, will not spam, will not impersonate CoherenIQ, and will comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and consumer-protection rules.
  4. You agree to indemnify CoherenIQ against claims arising from your marketing.

8. Suspension and ending the arrangement

  1. CoherenIQ may suspend or end an account for breach of this policy, fraud or misuse. Commissions obtained through breach may be reversed.
  2. You may stop at any time. Your earned balance remains yours and can be withdrawn under clause 4 while your account is in good standing.

9. Data

We store your registration details, KYC documents and acceptance record (version, date, time and network address) to run the programme and meet legal obligations. KYC documents are visible only to authorised administrators.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. A new version will be shown for acceptance when material changes are made.
